Traditional excavation requires a trench to be dug the entire length of the pipe replacement to remove old pipe and connect the new one. With the trenchless sewer lining replacement process, excavation is minimized to the entrance connection point for the installation of the replacement CIPP (cured-in-place pipe) Liner. This is a beneficial option to reduce property disruption and to access difficult to excavate locations.
